Coworking is a global movement

If you are passionate about co-working, or if you’re wondering whether co-working is the right thing for you - this TEDx talk from Amarit Charoenphan (founder of the first co-working space in Thailand, Hubba) gives insight into why co-working is becoming a world wide phenomena. I’m a total believer of these points he made:

  • Co-working is a verb, not a noun. It’s a way of working, not a place to work.

  • Many of us start our freelance work or small business from home or a cafe, mostly because it's convenient and cost-effective. Understandable! But here’s what you are missing out on - The 3 Co’s of Co-working  - Community, Collaboration, Co-operation.

  • The benefits of belonging to a like-minded co-working community is where the magic happens. It’s what gets us out of bed in the morning, keeps us motivated, and ultimately, gives us happiness and contentment.

Freelancers, business startups, work from home professionals - I encourage you to find a co-working space that fits with you, and experience the benefits first hand. It might just be the change you’re looking for.
